1.1. Seller

1.2. Buyer
Any natural or legal person purchasing a software license through wesoftware.io.
Terms of Use
Please read this agreement before visiting https://wesoftware.io or purchasing software. Your access to the site and acquisition of a software license depends on your acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
wesoftware.io is operated by WE1TOWN PAZARLAMA VE BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Updates to these terms take effect as soon as they are published on the site.
1. Software License
1.1 Eligibility. This agreement governs the sale of a software license between you and WE1TOWN. You must read and accept the terms before using the software. If you do not accept them, you may not use the software.
1.2 Limited license. Subject to these terms, you may use the purchased software under a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license only to the extent permitted by the license, solely for your internal commercial use. WE1TOWN reserves all rights not expressly granted and may terminate the license at any time.
1.3 License account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date for managing your software license. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must notify WE1TOWN immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Software Usage Rules
The following activities are prohibited:
(i) Reverse engineering, copying, distributing, reselling or sharing the source code of the software with third parties.
(ii) Using the software in violation of target platforms' terms of service, unlawfully, for attack purposes or in an abusive manner.
(iii) You are responsible for all material, moral and legal consequences arising from the use, security and lawful use of the purchased software and automation programs.
(iv) If the purchased software is used unlawfully or in violation of target platforms' terms — including spam, unauthorized access, service disruption or abuse — your license may be cancelled without refund.
(v) Commercial reproduction, rental or sublicensing of the software outside the scope of the license.
3. Intellectual Property
Software, interfaces, text, visuals, logos and all related materials on wesoftware.io are owned by WE1TOWN or its licensors. No use is permitted except as expressly allowed in these terms. If you submit feedback regarding the software, WE1TOWN may use that feedback without additional compensation.
4. Billing and Refunds
4.1 Billing. Software prices apply as published on the site. WE1TOWN reserves the right to update pricing. For subscription software, your cancellation notice takes effect in the next billing period.
4.2 Refunds. Refunds for software and automation programs may be considered only if there is a technical issue with the product or a condition preventing your use. WE1TOWN determines at its discretion whether the conditions are met. Licenses identified as abuse may be cancelled without refund or exchange. Refund terms apply only to credit card payments. See the Refund Policy for details.
Anyone shopping through wesoftware.io is deemed to have read and accepted these refund terms.
5. Privacy
For information on how your personal data is processed, please review the Privacy and Personal Data Notice.
6. Warranty and Liability
The software and site are provided "as is". WE1TOWN does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WE1TOWN shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the software. WE1TOWN is not responsible for restrictions caused by policy changes on target platforms.
7. Changes
WE1TOWN may update this agreement unilaterally. The current text enters into force on the date it is published on the site.
