WE1TOWN applies the following refund conditions for software and automation programs purchased through wesoftware.io:
1. General principle
Digital software licenses are generally non-refundable after delivery. Refunds are considered only when a technical issue with the product or a condition preventing your use is identified.
2. Refund conditions
For software and automation programs, a refund may be made only if there is a problem with the product or a condition preventing use. WE1TOWN determines at its discretion whether the conditions are met. In case of dispute, the support team evaluates the request; WE1TOWN reserves the right to refuse any refund.
3. Abuse
WE1TOWN may cancel software licenses identified as abuse without refund or exchange. Customers may not request a refund for unlawful, attack-oriented or use contrary to target platforms' terms of service.
4. Payment method
Refund terms apply only to payments made by credit card.
Anyone shopping through wesoftware.io is deemed to have read and accepted these refund terms.
